Project Leader

Skills Needed:
Candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in technical project management, engineering, computer science, logistics or related scientific/technical discipline. Education may be substituted for experience.
Candidate must have excellent oral and written communication skills. Strong administrative and organizational skills. Proficient in Microsoft Suite Applications. Knowledge and experience with semiconductors is a plus.
Position requires the ability to work in an urgent, fast-paced team environment where critical and very tight schedules are common and must be met with quality results.
Duties:
Plans, monitors and facilitates contract performance requirements and delivery schedules to ensure compliance, accuracy and completeness. Interface with internal functional departments as well as customer personnel to coordinate contract requirements. Prepares program status reports for management and customer review. Provide sales support as needed.
Engineering Technician
Employment Status: Full-time
Skills Needed:
Candidate should have at least 2 years working experience with semiconductor components in the following areas: understanding of IC component electrical specifications and applications, knowledge of IC component manufacturing, assembly and testing. Must be knowledgeable of technical terms and characteristics of semiconductors & packaging types.
Position requires strong communications skills to deal with manufacturers, plus software skills using MS excel, Word, Access and Internet navigational tools. Candidate must have strong leadership skills, ability to perform assigned duties with minimum supervision, and the ability to work at an off-site location.
Duties:
Aid subcontractee in managing component obsolescence through the use of Total Parts Plus web-based tools and services. Prepare, load, and monitor Bills of Materials (BOMs) for component obsolescence issues and solutions. Participate in component technical attribute management, assignment, and verification. Monitor and process customer alerts for obsolescence issues.
Aid component engineering and subcontractee in the tracking of availability and status for components, QA assignments, and QA statistics. Aid component engineering and subcontractee in providing OEM and manufacturer management, master parts management, and custom BOM management.
Sales Engineer
Employment Status: Full-time
Skills Needed:
Experience in selling into the aerospace and defense, communications, Industrial electronics and consumer electronic markets preferred. Strong interpersonal skills including excellent verbal and written communication skills. Self-starter with ability to organize and prioritize activities to create exceptional results. A background in semiconductor technology is desired and an aptitude for technical software demonstration is required.
Duties:
Account management of customers across multiple markets and multiple company product lines within a defined sales region. Responsible for growing and maintaining sales at existing customers and developing the customer base. Responsible for all sales related activities in the assigned territory including road shows, trade shows, customer training, marketing feedback, etc. Responsible for providing continual support to outside sales personnel and resellers to enable timely closure of sales prospects.
Responsible for providing hands-on customer support for products. Acts as first point of contact. Provides a modest level of service support when practical to solve customer problems. Communicates internally direction to support staff to resolve issues. Communicates logistical requirements for delivery of assigned products and services. Sales administrative responsibilities include but are not limited to maintaining regional customer contact database, monthly sales reports, timely expense reports, trip reports on issues, competition, forecasts, etc.
